The exact process, step by step—including the part where you customize PMSPilot for your home, not just set it up.
1. Create an account ~2 min.
Email, hotel name, room number. No credit card.
2. Import data ~5 min.
Upload an Excel or CSV file containing your current room list.
3. Rooms & Categories ~5 min.
Room types, capacity, base rates — usually pre-filled during import.
4. Connect the channels ~8 min.
Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia via the channel manager (optional).
5. Enable fiscalization ~3 min.
Enable the Taxation module for TSE signatures, DSFinV-K export, and DATEV integration (optional, starting at $23/month).
6. App Store: Customize ~5 min.

7. Invite a team & make a test reservation ~7 min.
Assign roles, walk through a booking from check-in to billing.
